No outbound traffic and service is not sleeping

Although I have no outgoing traffic and the flag for “app sleeping” is enabled, my service never reaches this state. I mean, there is some incoming traffic, but it doesn't trigger any outgoing trigger. It's always 0B for hours, but still my services don't want to sleep.

Does anyone have any idea why? I have read some threads here about this problem, but couldn't find a satisfactory solution for me.

May be a rounding error with that zero, some services just can't go to sleep.

I also think about that. Can you name some examples why some services cant't go to sleep.

For me its not a big deal since the price for the staging environment is under 1 $. It is just curious

There is outbound traffic preventing the service from sleeping.

Its just weird. When it is a rounding error, which request sends traffic under 1B :D
