I have upgraded to the Pro plan, but still do not have Shell access. I have active deployments, the agent has suggested I contact you, and it might be a reset of my platform. Please fix asap, thanks

IIRC there isn’t a way to access shell on the dashboard for any plan. You’d need to have Railway CLI installed locally, right click on your service and select Copy SSH Command, and run the copied command in your terminal for shell access.

Your workspace is confirmed active on the Pro plan. Could you clarify what you mean by "Shell access"? Are you referring to the Shell tab in the service panel on the dashboard, or the CLI command? If it's the dashboard Shell tab, please confirm whether you're clicking into a service that has an active, running deployment, as the shell is only available on services with a currently running instance. A screenshot of what you're seeing would also help.

Apologies for the confusion in our earlier replies. Your Pro plan is fully active. To view your build and deployment logs, click the "View logs" button next to your active deployment, or click into the deployment itself to see the Build Logs and Deploy Logs tabs. You can also view logs from all services in the Logs tab above the project canvas. Shell access is not available through the dashboard, but it is available through the CLI via the railway ssh command as described in our docs.
