Project 25a775e7-6de2-4a0b-b2fb-cda6dd2c8706. No user-defined service variables reach the running container — Object.keys(process.env) shows only Railway-generated variables. RAILWAY_BETA_ENABLE_RUNTIME_V2 is present. I created a second service in the same project and it inherited the same behavior.

Can this project be opted out of Runtime V2?
