Estou tentando conectar meu banco postgres 16,está dando o erro: connecting to database for restore pg_restore: error: connection to server at "railway.app" (76.76.21.21), port 5432 failed: Connection timed out (0x0000274C/10060) Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections? Já fiz ping railway.app e está funcionando normal,o postgres está permitindo conexões.
