I'm trying to host a NodeJs server using a trial account, I want to use it for testing only, it used to work and I used it for several persons before, now I'm trying to create a project deployment it keeps telling me that I can't because I'm on trial is this a new rule or something?

It is not a new rule, your GitHub account was made yesterday, that triggers our fraud prevention system.
You are going to have to be on a paid plan in order to deploy code now.
