I am using your $5 free plan and my project had two things, backend in nodejs and a MySQL database.

Suddenly it happened that both of the services were stopped without any email or message at all. Somehow I have redeployed my backend but my entire data in MySQL database is lost.

Please tell me how can I get back my lost data—it feels like my entire database has been dropped, and I need your assistance to restore it from the void.
