the "malformed domain" error usually means the format of what you're typing in the field is wrong try entering just the plain domain like example.com or www.example.com with no https://, no http://, no slashes, no paths, nothing extra just the bare domain name if that's already what you're doing can you share a screenshot of what you're typing so i can help further?
