Not able to connect Postgres from my computer using TablePlus

I would like to connect the database thru my computer using TablePlus,

I had added a proxy from the networking, however, I not able to connect and it shows the error like this,

Error: server closed the connection unexpectedly

This probably means the server terminated abnormally

before or while processing the request.

I am able to do so when the region was in US (non-metal),

right now I deploy a new one to SG, and it doesn't work.

Is anyone could help me please? Thanks a lot.
