I want to downgrade to Hobby plan as I accidentally upgraded to Pro version. When I try to do it from https://railway.com/workspace/plans page, it is stuck at Downgrading for past 1 hour.

I don't see anything within the screenshot. What workspace are you attempting the downgrade from?

Hey Satty26,
Ah, I think I figured out what happened. It looks like your payment for the Pro plan actually didn't go through all the way, and that got stuck in our payment system. If you can complete your upgrade and payment to Pro, then you should be able to down-grade back to Hobby. We will happily refund you the Pro cost after the fact.

@echohack I am not willing to pay for PRO plan as it didn't ask for payment confirmation during upgrade. Is it possible that you can change something in backend and downgrade me to Hobby

I see that there's an outstanding bill, which is why I think downgrading for you is failing. The downgrade won't be successful until you complete the payment. I'm happy to refund the cost for you after the fact.
After that is paid you can downgrade normally through your Railway Pro Workspace settings.
