I am having trouble in getting issue a TLS certificate for my custom domain ecomex.app. I have adde DNS records correctly but still not able to get SSL and that why cannot get domain live

Unfortunately, you'd need to wait until next week for the limit to reset. There isn't anything Railway can do about this.
