Hello, I am not able to increase my memory or CPU usage for any projects. The deploy button doesn't come up when changing it; it's hidden. There seems to be some bug because when I do something else, like serverless, turn on the serverless, for very short seconds it shows up in the top right to deploy the memory and CPU usage changes.

Also recently, since today, I'm having this issue where the database just offloads; it disconnects. Same thing is happening with other projects as well, where the deployment just vanishes.
