We are not able to reproduce this and can see estimated usage for your account/project on our end. Do you continue to get this error on the Usage page and in the Observability dashboard?

Yeah it started working about two hours ago. So odd, I was not sure if it was something I configured wrong in my service that was causing an issue or what, but it eventually worked.
