"null, message from server: "Host '100.64.0.6' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server""
I am trying to connect to MySQL instance on Railway via DBeaver. Tried to create connection with the public url, but kept receiving the message that it is not allowed to connect. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello,
I can assure you we do not have anything at 100.64.0.6, so please make sure you are using the correct host, port, and, credentials when connecting to your database.
Best,
Brody

Hi brody, thanks for replying. I managed to solve this issue by redeploying a new MySQL instance. However, I'm facing similar issues with MongoDB instance too. Upon creation, the database seems to have issues connecting over public network, it will just continue loading and loading and show the error message as seen in the screenshot attachment.

Hello,
Mongo's data tab connects fine for me, is this still an issue for you?

Hey brody,
Seems like I keep facing issues when deploying databases (so far, I've tried Redis, MongoDB, and MySQL). The database connection will just keep loading, and I can't connect to them through the public network. So far, my only workaround is to create multiple instances until, hopefully, one of them connects successfully. Please let me know if there's any fix from my side.

Are you perhaps hitting the deploy button while the applying changes are spinning?
