So when i try to deploy it just starts migratating to US. But i set the region to be prefered EU-west. What is going on? See video below (takes 38s)

I'll ticket this, but we likely won't be fixing this immediately, there's other work that is slightly overlapping here that will be probably be done before getting to this issue.
