I am not eligible for new pricing. Dont understand it. I have some service and its above 80% quota.
I've waited several days but it seems to be stuck at around 30%. Can you help me?

Your Metal resource usage is currently at 36% - it is not past 80% yet.
Nothing is stuck, your resource usage simply only consists of 36% on Metal right now.
You will need to wait until it passes 80% to be eligible.

Yet all my services have been migrated to metal except for 1 which doesn't have the option, but I don't know why. And the databases I can't migrate either.
