I am new to railway. I just subscribed to $20 plan and started 1 app with metal server. But i see I am not eligible for new pricing. Dont understand it. I only have 1 service and its above 80% quota.

hello, the data for that graph is cached for 24 hours, so you would not see any indication until the cache goes stale in 24 hours

I have exactly the same issue.
My projects: 2ef39dbe-6773-471a-b733-2cdc81a54356 and bcb937a9-ad9c-4447-9de7-5cf18a0b5942
In my case, I upgraded from the Hobby to the Pro plan. The metal usage percentage shows 0%, and out of a total of 7 services, 5 have been updated with the new regions (California Metal).
I am waiting for any updates and, for now, I will wait the 24 hours for the new graphic information regarding the metal usage percentage.

Heads up I just bubbled this up to the people working on the metal pricing graphic. What you should know is, if 80% of your usage for your bill is on metal, you will get the metal pricing
