Ben is right that the site is up, I get the same result from a different network: careerquesttechnopark.com resolves to 69.46.46.126 and returns 200 with Railway serving it.

One thing worth checking before you change your DNS or try a VPN, because it would look exactly like this from your side. www.careerquesttechnopark.com does not resolve at all. There is no DNS record for the www name, so if that is the address you are opening, or the one saved in your browser or linked from somewhere, it will fail on every device and every network no matter what resolver you use. A VPN cannot fix a name that does not exist.
