URL is saying it's https however I'm getting the Not Secure message when using chrome. I have cleared cache and it's still an issue. See attached screenshots.

Hmm, I just tried loading and it showed SSL. Have you tried clearing cache/using a different browser?

Yes. In safari there is no warning. Chrome is showing not secure even though there is a cert there.

Hmm I think in this instance its something with your browser. Fix would be waiting a bit or clearing site cache!

if you look at https://www.3pladvisory.com/ in chrome you will see the error. It's not the browser.
