Not Seeing Scaling Feature Flag (Pro)

I'm reading the docs which says that a Feature Flag should be available to enable scaling. I'm trying to scale my Flask API, and I can't figure out how to enable scaling.

I'm there, but don't see any Feature-flags. On the side pannel, it says Feature-flags but I don't see anything. It just jumps from Config as code to Delete Service. Happy to send you the URL if that's helpful

There is no feature flag anymore as it's now generally available!
