My API is down for A lot for time now. and can't be accessed my customer are furious and so am I.

We experienced a platform-wide service disruption between 02:25 UTC and 07:57 UTC on May 20 that affected traffic, DNS, and all regions. Your socialkit-api service was actively processing requests right up until the outage began, and logs stop entirely after that point. Both your services currently show a SUCCESS deployment status, but since we see no log activity after the outage resolved, we recommend triggering a redeploy from your project dashboard to ensure everything is running cleanly again.
