Failed to deploy almost a dozen times with the same couple of diagnostic messages: "Reconnect the GitHub repository in the service Settings under Source to restore deployments." (Note: this project doesn't use GitHub or any cloud Git provider) and "Retrying the deployment should resolve this. The code snapshot stage timed out after 15 minutes due to a transient platform issue...confirming this is not a configuration problem."
