Observability Dashboard can't be scrolled

The dashboards seems to work but i can't scroll down, it's just stuck

Came to report the same. Can't scroll and the block add/remove is broken (observability tiles jump around)

We're aware of this issue and have filed a fix. As a workaround, zooming your browser to around 60-80% should let you see the full page.
