Observability Usage & Project Usage Do Not Match

So I was looking at my observability page and my usage page and realized both of them are different.

Looking at the project usage page breakdown, it would make me believe that the project usage is correct, and observability isn't showing the correct usage.

I wonder if the Estimated Usage is based on observability, because I don't think my resources are only using this much.

thanks, if this helps, all of my services are cronjobs, except for 1 service that is a 24/7 Go + Rust web app

I jut redeployed this service and now everything is broken lol

Not sure what is causing the usage in the observability to reset
