1. Server-side processing is fast (0.1-0.2s in logs)
2. But client receives response after 12-15s
3. Region: Singapore
4. Service: Odoo (odoo-production-7740.up.railway.app)
5. Every request has ~12s latency overhead

This has now been resolved.
The latency was caused by an issue with our CDN provider Fastly, specifically affecting their KV store in the Asia region. Their incident report: https://www.fastlystatus.com/incident/378503
