Thanks for sending those over. The errors that matter are the two React failures (#418 and #423): the dashboard interface failed to finish loading in your browser, which is why you see the derailed page. This is limited to the dashboard UI, so your services, deployments, and CLI keep running normally in the meantime.

The usual cause is a stale cached copy of the dashboard loading against a newer build. Since the hard refresh did not clear it, the next things to try are opening the dashboard in a private or incognito window with browser extensions turned off (your console shows an ad blocker interfering with the page), and then a different browser or network if it still will not load. In a number of cases it also clears on its own after a little while.

Give those a try and let us know whether the dashboard loads. If it still will not after a private window, a different browser, and a different network, reply here and we will keep digging into it on our end.
