on my account I make new workspaces for each of my clients and use their bank details to actually pay for the usage. One of them was billed 3 or 4 times but the system still says it hasn't been paid yet.

Here, and provide the invoice ID from those workspaces that got billed extra
the client sent me some messages they got on their banking app, they only pay railway with this card apparently. as for the invoice, it still says it wasn't paid.

is being billed twice since the creation of this project but we werent sure and this time it has been billed 4 times
can you also check previous payments made by this workspace? This is the only workspace we've had problems with
and this time they got billed 4 times yet the service remained unpaid

In Stripe, I am not seeing any evidence that we billed them multiple times successfully, all I see is a failed payment.
I'll contact the client again and try to get the actual bank statements but from what they've told me, they only use this card for railway payments and they've been build multiple times before this month as well

What's likely happened is that these are just temporary holds.
could be, I don't know why they are the only ones getting multiple payments requested and this time not even paying the subscription and just withholding the money, if the bank is actually holding their money
