Will upgrading to Pro Plan , directly give us access the Port 25 ?

SMTP (including port 25) is only available on the Pro plan and above, so upgrading to Pro would enable it. After upgrading, you will need to redeploy your service for the changes to take effect. More details are in our outbound networking docs.
