I got the email from attachment.
There's a link at the bottom to unsubscribe.
But when I click it, I'm redirected to my account email preferences.
And in those settings I see unchecked Marketing and Changelog emails (I set it like that from the beginning if I remember correctly).
Why am I still getting those emails even I'm explicitly opted out?

These aren't marketing emails, these are changelog emails
when did you opt out of changelog emails?
I don't remember exactly when, but I think I unchecked it right after I created the account, which was quite a long time ago

When you click on this button it immediately disables "Changelog Emails" for you
it could be that you had it enabled and upon clicking this button it disabled it for you, leading you to think you had it disabled
EDIT: Just a theory though, when I clicked on this on my email it had my "changelog emails" disabled despite me having it enabled previously, so I'm guessing it immediately disables it; but I can't seem to replicate it 🤔
Oh, I though it just redirects to https://railway.app/account
Maybe that was what happened as you described.

if my theory is incorrect and you're still getting it next week then I guess marking the email as spam is the easiest solution 🤣
