Orphaned bucket still counting toward quota

Hello,

Please permanently purge the orphaned storage bucket definition:

Bucket ID:

bda79fb1-3b07-4f86-87a3-7d61d8f79212

Project ID:

7f20c018-6999-4e09-bb1e-ff732929adc0

The bucket instance was staging-only, undeployed, 0 bytes, and has already been deleted successfully.

However, its deleted definition is still counting against the project's 3-bucket quota and is preventing us from creating a replacement isolated staging bucket.

Please release/purge only this orphaned bucket definition from the project quota.

Do not modify any other bucket, production storage resource, service, volume, or deployment.

Thank you.

The bucket you named is not orphaned. It was deleted and is now inside a roughly two-day retention window before permanent removal; during that window it still exists and still holds its quota slot. The slot frees automatically once the window closes (the latest instance clears around 2026-08-18 20:00 UTC). No staff action can release it early. Your workspace's bucket quota is counted across the entire workspace, not per project, and is currently 3 of 3, so creation will unblock once the pending deletions complete.
