Hi. This seems to have increased over the past week. You can see the p99 times in this graph that illustrate what happens. I'm showing occasional response times of 19 seconds to a health check endpoint which doesn't make any sense to me. Even 1-5 seconds which happens on occasion. The endpoint returns text of "OK", nothing more.
Could you help me understand what might be happening here?
