Our database started having lot of timeouts. Tried to restart it but didn't work. Then tried to redeploy it but it have been deploying for more than 6min now

Even on the dashboard it is stuck on database connection

We are escalating this to our infrastructure team and will follow up once we have more information on the volume mount loop.
