Our production web app is currently down because the PostgreSQL database is still unavailable. The Railway services appear to be back online, but database recovery is still in progress.

Is there any ETA for full PostgreSQL recovery? We’d appreciate any updates.

We're in the middle of a major service disruption affecting databases, traffic, builds, and other components across all regions. Your Postgres instances are currently showing as crashed and your backend deployment has failed, consistent with this incident. Recovery is underway and deploys are possible again, but GCP-hosted workloads including databases may still have intermittent issues while recovery completes. There is no specific ETA for full PostgreSQL recovery yet, but you can track updates on the active incident page.

We understand the urgency. The active incident is now in MONITORING status, and our team is automatically redeploying workloads detected as unhealthy. Your Postgres instances in the RP-Profiles and WM Webinars projects are still showing as crashed. If they haven't recovered automatically soon, please try triggering a redeploy from the dashboard (click the three dots on the crashed deployment and select Redeploy or Restart).
