So I've been using the trial credits for the past month and they expired yesterday/today hence the application stopped as well.
I bought the hobby plan and redeployed it since the app was stopped, no code changes.
It is being built successfully but deployment is crashing, activity tab says Out of Memory.
It should work right off the bat since there is no change in code right?

perhaps you are running into OOM because your application is trying to use more then 8GB of memory

or you have set your memory limit very low, can you confirm that?

have you redeployed instead of restarting?
That was very silly, didnt give enough attention that I was restarting instead of redeploying.
