Hello, guys! Is there a way I can use to deploy my node application to a south america region?

There's currently only the option for U.S.A. My production database is currently on São Paulo, Brazil, which gives-me a very bad performance on my cicle using railway (frontend from Brazil requests Railway in USA, that returns to BR for query, return to USA te query result.... and then goes)
