Hi there! Having weird issues and I am not sure if it's due to the current outage or not.

I, until yesterday/today, was not running into this. Our stack is quite simple and running into all sorts of weird connectivity issues. Our API connects to our Postgres, which is oddly maxing out on connections and struggling to connect to the db. Restarting our api/backend, is failing because even that cannot get another connection to the db.

Is there something I've done wrong or is this due to the outage?
