Is there a Railway outage or incident. Our users are reporting that they can't login to our Web Portal. I tried just now and it spins round and round then eventually returned an error message "upstream error".

Your hoskin-web-portal service is currently running and responding normally, with successful login, MFA verification, and API requests all returning 200 responses in the recent logs. The "upstream error" you experienced appears to have been transient. If the issue returns, please reply here with the exact time it occurs so we have a narrower window to investigate.

This issue is occurring right now, 12.34pm. I still can't login, neither can any of our users. Please investigate.
