Is there any reports of outages with Railway? Experiencing unforeseen latency on both of our projects

I also experienced the same. Seems like the status page never tracks this outages too...

Can you guys specify what regions are your affected services deployed?

us-west2

us-west

My us-west2 container is idle — 32 vCPU, ~1.7/32 GB RAM used, CPU/memory PSI ≈ 0 — and /healthz/ responds in 1–6 ms on localhost:8080 from inside the container. However, the public endpoint is still showing 6–9 s TTFB, both on the generated *.up.railway.app domain and on our Cloudflare custom domain. TCP + TLS to the edge is ~0.1 s, so the delay appears to be entirely on the edge → container hop, not in the app itself. This has been ongoing for ~40 minutes.

Seen now: elevated latency and packet loss on Edge Network in US regions. We are investigating the incident.
I moved all my critical production endpoints to railway rather than self-host to mitigate risks of outages, or at least in the event of an outage, you guys have the right failsafes, redundances, operational processes to resolve quickly.
Over the last year, my own infra has had significantly better uptime than Railway. I end up having to cut over to my own infra because the outages last so long.
I'm so disappointed. I'll be cancelling and just not moving anything back.
Anyone on the case?

mine seems to be back up now (albeit slow as hell) after a restart of each service. can't say i'm at peace with these seemingly monthly incidents ngl bros
losing more and more trust with my customers... not sure if it's worth to keep here because of "how easy it is to deploy"
