What errors are you seeing? MySQL definitely works, and so does static IPs. What errors are you seeing?

i'm getting timeout, it's like mysql is unable to verify this ip but for other servers like linode, mysql working fine

Hello, I am the developer behind Static IPs.

I have checked out your deployment and it looks like everything is working as expected:

/app # curl ifconfig.co
35.204.7.206

Could you provide the endpoint or IP address which you are unable to reach? Is it possible you haven't whitelisted the Static IP correctly on AWS?

After your message, I tried one more time, and it worked. Thank you so much for your help. I guess maybe it needed a bit more time for the static IP to take effect.
