Owner locked out from account when changing email!?

The owner of our organisation was kicked out of the workspace when he changed his email. We are migrating our account to a new domain/email and when he changed his email from profile he lost access to the workspace!?

The workspace is 2b9916d2-ee11-4586-909d-4303bde45b71 . Now the big issue is that we can't add him back because me and the other member we are not owners.

If needed we can provide screenshots or anything.

Please provide assistance ASAP.

They have not lost access, they are simply singing in with the wrong email address.
