Hello Railway Community,
I am currently in the process of transferring the ownership of a project to another member, but we are facing an issue where the confirmation email is not being received by the intended recipient. We have checked the spam and junk folders, but the email is nowhere to be found.
I have initiated the transfer from my end, ensuring that the email address of the new owner is correct. However, the lack of the email notification is hindering the completion of this transfer process.
Could anyone advise on the following:
Is there a common issue with ownership transfer emails not being sent or received?
Are there any additional steps we might have overlooked that need to be completed before the transfer email is sent?
Is there an alternative way to complete the ownership transfer without relying on the email confirmation?
I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the community or the Railway support team to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello brody, yes, the both accounts are in hobby plan. But the recipient has no github account linked, that can be an issue?

It could yes, It wouldn't hurt to ask them to attach a GitHub account, but do make sure the GitHub account uses the same email as the Railway account.

This will be impossible, as the account email is an alias for the company that forwards it to my CTO and me. It will attach the github account tomorrow morning, but it will not be the same email as the railway account. I'll test it again to see if it works, and thanks for the answer.

Then you could risk creating another Railway account if the two emails aren't in sync, I don't know if Railway has patched that bug.
