I run into a page not found error on store after deleting the demo regions and creating new regions. I can't open the product on the storefront either. Can anyone suggest a solution for me?

Please provide extra context, as I have very little clue what you are referring to.

You see this deployment comes with demo data (which includes demo "Region" data). By region is mean EU, US, Canada which is set at the admin section. I deleted it and created by own regions i.e. Ghana and Nigeria and then created products for the Ghana region.
Then I tried to open it up on the storefront but I get a 404 error. https://medusajs-frontend-production-41ab.up.railway.app/gh/store

I do not see any deployment, I have had zero context on what this thread is about until I read "medusa" in that URL.
Either way, this post is out of scope as this issue would not relate to Railway, you would be much better off asking in medusa's discord server
