Service: winans-one (project a018537c-109b-467f-b00b-6c023ba50222, env production), deployment 7d89ac59.
Problem: Responses stall/trickle out to clients (5–40s, frequent mid-transfer stalls and timeouts) — including on the direct winans-one-production.up.railway.app origin with Cloudflare bypassed. The app is idle and healthy: CPU 0%, memory ~40 MB, your own HTTP metrics show p50–p99 latency = 18 ms and 0% error rate. So the container produces responses in ~18 ms but they take seconds to reach clients. A redeploy did not change it.
Ask: Please check the edge routing / network egress for this service and whether our region is degraded. Internal latency vs. client-observed latency are wildly divergent.

Can you check performance in your browsers dev tools i.e
If you have some heavy JS for example, or a lot of images that can slow down load times.
