Hi, I was charged $5.00 on March 19, 2026 for the Hobby plan (Receipt #2442-4926, Visa ending in 0397 via Stripe). However, my workspace is still showing Trial Expired and is asking me to subscribe again with another $5 charge upfront.

Could you please activate my Hobby plan without charging me again? I do not want to be double-charged. Thank you!

Hi,
Your subscription was automatically canceled after the invoice went unpaid past the grace period. When you came back and paid that invoice, our system collects the payment but does not automatically reactivate your subscription. To get back up and running, you'll just need to resubscribe to the Hobby plan from your workspace billing settings. Again, sorry for the confusion. Let us know if you need further help.
