Your $5 payment settled an outstanding balance from a previous billing period, but it did not reactivate your subscription. Your subscription was cancelled due to the earlier missed payment, and paying the overdue invoice only clears the debt. To get your services running again, you'll need to resubscribe to the Hobby plan from your workspace billing settings.

Yes, resubscribing to the Hobby plan will restore your services. The $5 you already paid settled the old outstanding balance, and the new $5 starts a fresh subscription going forward. You can resubscribe from your workspace plans page.
