I can't get anything deployed as deployments are being queued after an upgrade to Hobby plan. It says "Scaling to 2 replicas"
What should I do?

Hey, your service is online and running, but I noticed your most recent deploy from 7 hours ago failed before initialization. The earlier deploy from yesterday is still active and healthy. Could you try pushing that latest commit again? The build queue issues from the outage have been fully resolved. If it fails again, let us know and we can take a closer look.
