Paid overdue invoice but plan not reactivated — requesting credit toward resubscription

I paid $5 today (June 8, 2026, Invoice: 0A930BE6-0003) to clear an overdue balance. However, I was not informed at any point during the payment flow that settling the overdue invoice would not automatically reactivate my Hobby plan.

The payment UI gave no indication that a separate resubscription would be required after payment. I completed the payment expecting my plan to be restored, which is a reasonable assumption.

I am not disputing the overdue balance. I am requesting that the $5 I paid today be credited toward reactivating my Hobby plan for the current billing cycle, so I am not required to pay an additional $5 on top of what I have already paid today.

Please escalate to a billing representative if needed.

Your workspace subscription is currently inactive. The invoice you referenced was created and paid back in December 2025, not today. The most recent transaction from June 8 was voided and the associated payment was canceled, so no charge actually went through today. You can resubscribe to the Hobby plan from your workspace billing settings, and we'd recommend checking that your payment method is up to date before doing so.
