Hi, my project/service was reset and now my custom domain is stuck attached to the old deployment internally.
I already removed the DNS CNAME records, but Railway still won't let me reattach the domain.
Could you manually detach/reset the domain association for:
mailotp.prodataweb.com.br

We can remove the domain for you, but we need to verify the ownership first.
Please add a _railway.verify TXT record for the domain with the value k7mT4xQp
Once done, please let us know and then we will verify, after verification we will remove the domain for you.

I have some customers on demand, the server is an API so the "forward" address which is "mailotp.prodataweb.com.br" goes to nothing now.
And can't change in the system to a high volatile url, is a static var.
So the sooner you can let me know, the better.

Hey there,
Got it. To release the domain on our side, just reply confirming:
- The domain in question
- That you currently control the DNS for it
That's enough verification for us. I'll detach it within a few hours, and you'll be able to re-add it from a new project once it's released.
If the domain is stuck on an account you can no longer access (closed or deleted), let me know the original account email and I'll handle it through our admin flow.
