Hello,
I am writing this here because my entire business workflow has been completely halted for over 32 hours, and all my support tickets and emails are being completely ignored without any response.
My paid workspace was automatically restricted by the AI safety filter due to a resource (FlareSolverr) that I deployed for A Project, without knowing it violates the TOS. The moment I realized the issue, my dashboard was already frozen under "Limited Access", which completely prevents me from deleting the resource or managing my apps.
I have already updated my repositories and I am fully willing to comply and have that resource completely wiped from your end. However, my database proxy is now blocked, my apps are offline, and my clients are furious.
I have sent multiple emails to support@railway.com and Zero Respond Like I'am Not A Someone Paid For This Service And Have My Right To Explain The Situation.
Could a moderator or team member manually review my case, see things from my perspective, and treat me as a loyal, long-term RailWay customer? Keeping a paying user banned and completely ignored is unacceptable and unsustainable.
