I've now paid a 2nd time, to enable my private account while waiting for this to get sorted. I'd still prefer to get the money I accidently payed to my work account back or moved to my private account, (since my work account is not connected to any project here, it's not used up).

Hi! I'm still getting double charged ($5 dollar twice a month) once for my private account which I actually use and once for my work account that never been used (yes my work account is charged to my private credit card)
