I tried to upgrade to the hobby plan with my card and I was told: Prepaid cards can only be used to buy credits. However, the money was debited from my account.

It sounds like a temporary authorization hold was placed on your account, which will be automatically released if the transaction is not completed. Many payment processors do this to verify available funds before finalizing a charge.

It usually takes 5-10 days, but my systems don't report that we have your money. I recommend contacting your bank.
